Digital product - a virtual product uploaded to the Operator's Information resources, which has a completed form and is ready for use. Paid Subscription - a service providing access to all of the materials to the Study Group for a certain period of time without exception. Paid subscription is granted only to the users who paid for the participation for a certain period, which depends on the amount of payment. The service that the User receives for the payment is full access to all materials for a certain period of time. During this period the User can also view the materials that the Operator, at its own discretion, has made unavailable for free viewing. If the User thinks that he did not get a paid subscription or a digital product after he made the payment according to the instructions, he should contact the technical support service within 10 days after making the disputed payment by sending an e-mail to: a.fadeeva@smstretching.live. The letter should specify:
- login;
- e-mail address used for registration on the Site;
- date and amount of payment;
- text of the payment system messages, if any;
- a description of his actions and the problem encountered.
The User's requests to rectify the above discrepancies will be considered as soon as possible, but not more than 10 working days from the date of the disputed payment.
