Every class has workouts with and without equipment. This is done intentionallly, so that you would have a choice. During workouts we use: leg weights, arm weights, small pillows, stretching blocks, a chair, sliders, dumbbells, fitness elastic bands and a fitness ball. All this equipment can be replaced with improvised means.
Useful information: we always indicate what equipment is used during the workout in the archive section or in the schedule of live broadcasts.
