Why?

Relax at the end of the working day, stretch, and work out the hip, back, leg, arm and shoulder muscles. Enjoy your evening and fall asleep soundly.

How?

Body-weight exercises and basic equipment: a couple of pillows, a yoga mat or a regular towel and yoga blocks — they can be substituted with thick books.

The workout consists of:

Have a sound sleep and pleasant dreams

Slow down your heart rate and frequency of breathing and relax

Start training regularly

Cool-down exercises will help you recover and develop a daily habit
